Which rebounder should you choose for your routine?
Beginners: consider a handhold
If the moving surface is unfamiliar, the stability-bar model gives you support within reach. Start with controlled, gentle movement.
Confident home exercisers: the Black model
If you are comfortable moving without a handhold, the BERG 110 Black gives you maximum freedom for jogging, jumping jacks and full-body moves, with the same diameter, elastic bands and 120 kg user limit.
Older adults and balance work
A handhold is useful for anyone who prefers supported movement, including many older adults. Choose based on confidence and individual advice rather than age alone.
Rehab: ask your physiotherapist first
If you are returning to activity after injury, ask your physiotherapist whether rebounding is appropriate and whether a stability bar would suit the exercises they recommend.

Storage, space and practical checks before buying
Both models have foldable aluminium legs. Ask us about the stability bar's fitting and storage if space is tight. The rebounder's 30 cm height on legs is not a handlebar measurement.
Allow clear space around and above your exercise area, with a level, stable indoor surface. Neither version has a safety net. Both are rated for users aged 14+ and a maximum user weight of 120 kg.
